As a company that deals with airline handling agents I had been hounded for a bill of over £15,000 because of an importer failing to collect their cargo. Despite numerous emails stating this, the agents for the airline threatened to withhold releasing cargo from other importers, which would have been detrimental for my company. A phone meeting with Hallmark, who understood my needs resulted in a letter to the agents who subsequently wrote back that no further action would be taken
