We were highly recommended to use Tracey Bailiss at Willsons when buying our first home. She made what we thought to be a daunting task to be so smooth, anxiety free and simple.
We were updated regularly, every step of the way. Any communication with Tracey (and assistant Maxine Bailiss)-calls/emails-were picked up and responded to extremely quick. Tracey gave us all the information and assurances we needed, and in a way we could understand, with us being fairly clueless on the subjects.
Tracey has a great attitude, is trustworthy, professional and very knowledgeable.
We would always recommend her and would definitely use her again is we needed to in the future.
Any time we contacted Willsons we were dealt with politely and professionally, and any queries were replied to in a timely manner. Again, we would also recommend Willsons.
