I reached out to James after searching for the right Lawyer to help with my case, after poor experiences searching for one and lack of understanding of my situation, James felt like the right person. Thankfully from the get go, James reached out almost immediately to discuss my situation and really understood a distressing situation. He had empathy and a genuine care for the right the outcome whilst still explaining clearly my options. We had an in depth face to face meeting and I couldn’t have felt more supported and understood. I will always be grateful for James taking on my case and also for finding me the best barrister, Charlotte Noddings. Thanks to both of them and working so diligently we got the outcome we wanted and I’ve had a weight lifted off of my shoulders since and I’ve been able to get on with my life. I had Atifa Bhatti as a duty solicitor for a crime I didn’t commit. I genuinley thought I was going to be punished for this until I spoke With Atifa and she gave me the best legal advice she could and got me off with an NFA, I would 100% use this firm again due to how comfortable I was made to feel and how knowledgeable they are. Couldn’t thank Atifa enough. 100% RECOMMEND

James made an extremely difficult situation manageable. Throughout my case, he was there when I needed him with advice and support. James and his team carried out their work in a non-judgemental way which appeared genuinely caring. The way they interacte with me made me feel comfortable and allowed me to fully trust them. I have no other experiences with criminal solicitors to compare ABR to, but I can confidently say that I would highly recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in trouble and I have no regrets in selecting them to represent me. The fees seemed expensive at first but in hindsight I think they were reasonable and fair. I appreciated that the fees laid out paid at the beginning and that any future costs were clearly explained from the outset meaning there were no unwanted surprises.
