Instructed for my case - slow, did not take my instructions properly, messed up in court. Solicitors kept leaving, no clue what is going on. Totally ruined my chances. Went to a different solicitor after and they told me this firm made too many mistakes. Shocking they can call themselves "solicitors"! Would not recommend to anyone.

I would not recommend this firm to any person wanting a good personal injury solicitor The solicitor handling my case did not conduct a professional examination of the equipment which caused the injury despite being told it was faulty . The solicitor did not inspire any confidence in handling of the matter . The barrister used provided the wrong advice suggesting my case was very strong .
The solicitor placed enormous pressure on me to accept the offer of settlement with threats . I was forced to accept the offer and was threatened with legal costs and the termination of services .
I urge all personal injury claimants to avoid this firm .

Complete and total lack of urgency
The first thing they tell you is they charge over £300.00 per hour.
These solicitors have proved themselves to be very poor in terms of response time.
The service I received was nothing short of awful.
My wife broke her foot outside a business showroom window.
Two and a half years later they basically say we have not got a strong case because they cannot find who to go after and that it`s less than 50/50 that we can win.
My wife broke her foot and I have no case!!!
I have lost count of how many different solicitors have had this case file.
Every couple of months a new solicitor has the case as the prior one has left.
What does this tell you about these guys?
They get though more solicitors than my local cafe does with waitresses.
Now they tell me to find new solicitors that may want to take this case on.
Emailed all the top 3 directors in my last email, and not one single response.
I`m now left with no claim going forward and no solicitor that wants to help.
I hope that this review saves someone else the time, stress, headache and heartache that these solicitors caused us.
I also say not even worthy of one star!
Would not recommend these solicitors at all.

I am really grateful to Mr Kooner. He was constantly having to hold my hand throughout because these things are really hard and I'm not the best with stressful things. But he was lovely and the way he wouldn't cave when the insurer was saying all these things to weaken the case belief me settle for money I never thought possible. Truly I thank you x

Sonehal helped me from start to finish with my claim. He was always on hand to answer my questions, no matter how often I would ask them. He was so patient with me and really took time out to be there for me when I needed him. Even coming to see me at the ridiculous hours that I normally finish work. The settlement he got me was beyond my dreams and even higher than the barrister thought was reasonable. Can't thank him enough! Would always recommend.
