Executorship and Administration of Deceased Estate

Following the death of a friend, I had an excellent experience with Peter Dunn and Co in their legal assistance in handling a complex estate. A wide range of work was courteously and efficiently delivered, ranging from gaining of Grant of Probate, sale of property, sale of investments, calculation and payment of Inheritance Tax and the expert and prompt preparation of a Deed of Variation. At all times the firm was speedy and responsive, featuring excellent co ordination of legal practitioners and administrative staff. Complex issues were mediated to me with clarity, liaison with other bodies was prompt and effective, and charges were more than reasonable for the work delivered. An excellent service, I would unhesitatingly recommend Peter Dunn and Co.

Excellent and professional service.

I have recently used the services of Alex and Joy at Peter Dunn. Alex for my late mothers estate and Joy for conveyancing. Both took the pressure from me at a very difficult time. Communication was excellent and I always knew exactly what was happening. I would not hesitate to recommend either solicitor.

I highly recommend solicitor Andrew Tilbury from Peter Dunn. He is extremely professional and his advice was invaluable. Andrew has a fantastic way of making you feel totally at ease and that he really is there for you. He is very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. I can't recommend him and this business enough. All the staff I dealt with there too including Danielle were brilliant during this difficult time with COVID. Thanks for everything Andrew. It's a definite five stars from me.

digusting terrible keep well away.dunns worked for us in 1997 when we purchased a 3 bedroom upper flat with shared yard as advertised, when we attempted to sell property in 2008 it was brought to our attention there had been a mistake made in the deeds and that actually the yard had been mistakenly leased to the downstairs flat, in 2013 we accepted an offer of £82,500 but the buyer obviously pulled out ,it is now 2018 and weve just accepted an offer of £63,750 losing £19,000 plus having to pay over £100 per month poll tax plus building insurance. if dunns had read the deeds properly as we paid them to none of this would have happened, we would not have purchased the flat at the start
