Used this firm as Tanya was recommended by a local estate agent. It was easy to see why as the service Tanya and her colleagues provided was first class from start to finish Completed in under the normal twelve weeks despite others in the chain and on the completion day itself Tanya was marvellous, sadly, cannot say the same for other estate agents. No hesitation in recommending this firm and will definitely use again.

Excellent service from Tanya on our house sale & purchase. Tanya has been incredible for us from start to finish. She was recommended through a friend and we are so grateful. Her communication, efficiency and support was the best we’ve ever experienced. Our house move was made so much less stressful knowing she was in control. Honestly the only time we’ve ever moved house and not had to worry about the legalities.

Seamless process whilst adding partner to the mortgage

I recently added my partner to my mortgage and we used Tanya at Nicholson & Morgan solicitors. The process was quick and seamless from beginning to end. Amazing conveyancing service from Tanya

Tanya dealt with conveyancing for the first buy to let property we bought through our limited company and the service was faultless. It was new territory for us and so reassuring that Tanya was on the ball, moved the process quickly with such attention to detail. We will certainly never use anyone else going forward!
