Tanya and everyone at Nicholson Morgan were very professional and responsive throughout the process! Everyone says conveyancing solicitors take a long time to get back to you but we never experienced this at all and were really happy and impressed with every aspect of the process. Thank you Tanya :)

Our experience with Tanya in the Conveyancing Department was excellent. She managed to get a tricky transaction over the line despite the incompetence of the Buyer's Solicitors. I'd highly recommend Nicholson & Morgan.

We instructed Nicholson & Morgan having used their services previously , hence returning to this established Legal Practice . The staff are simply "Hands-on" and their response to any queries we may have raised were dealt with efficiently , effectively and without delay. They dealt with all matters (entirely) and kept us informed throughout . We would have no hesitation in recommending them ; particular thanks to Tonya and Paige who dealt with this most recent matter on our behalf as they are indeed a true credit to this very refreshing , knowledgeable and tenacious Practice . This is the 7th time I have bought/sold a house and it was by far the least stressful and smoothest experience because of Tanya. I asked her to do the work for me because she had done such a brilliant job earlier in the year helping my elderly Dad to downsize. She is knowledgable, very approachable and has a good sense of humour. I don't plan to ever move house again (!) but if I do I will be calling Tanya again.

We live down south, and we had a deceased family members home to sell up north.
It was easier to have a solicitor near the home that was being sold, we were recommended
Nicholson & Morgan Incorp Blackett & Co.
The lady whom dealt with our affairs,Tanya, well all I can say is she was brilliant, helped us every step of the way. I can only speak from our experience but she made everything so easy. Especially with travelling for us . Tanya was so professional and made the house sale it seemed, so easy for us . Nothing was too much trouble.
Also for the amount of work that was done, the price we thought was also worth it. If I was to describe this firm , it would be every thing one would expect from a solicitor.
