This solicitor firm is first class.They were suggested by a friend who has also used them several times.
Our property was in trust and several solicitors we contacted would either not deal with this or were largely overpriced.
This solicitors (particularly Tania Barker) were so helpful, extremely professional and very reasonably priced.
I would not hesitate in using them again in the future and would highly recommend them.Nothing was too much trouble and we were kept informed throughout.Big thanks to Tania.

Used this firm as Tanya was recommended by a local estate agent. It was easy to see why as the service Tanya and her colleagues provided was first class from start to finish Completed in under the normal twelve weeks despite others in the chain and on the completion day itself Tanya was marvellous, sadly, cannot say the same for other estate agents. No hesitation in recommending this firm and will definitely use again.

Excellent service from Tanya on our house sale & purchase. Despite some tricky stakeholders in the chain, Tanya made the whole process really stress free for us and everything ran extremely smoothly and we completed on the date we had hoped to no problems at all. Tanya has been incredible for us from start to finish. She was recommended through a friend and we are so grateful. Her communication, efficiency and support was the best we’ve ever experienced. Our house move was made so much less stressful knowing she was in control. Honestly the only time we’ve ever moved house and not had to worry about the legalities.
