Our daughter experienced a break up with her husband and required some immediate legal advice and support to ensure that she would receive the appropriate separation agreement to provide support for her and two young children. I knew Jonathan professionally through my commercial dealings with his previous firm and therefore suggested that he be contacted to provide the necessary advice and support. He worked closely with our daughter over the next few months and despite the level of complexity he achieved a very satisfactory outcome providing her with the financial support required. Jonathan is a highly professional lawyer who provides clear advice with options setting out the steps to be taken to achieve the desired result. I thought the consultation regarding my imminent divorce and child access/finances associated with this was excellent. Anya made me feel at ease and gave very good advise. I felt that Stephanie Layton was robust, sensitive, excellent in listening and great at grasping and understanding a predicament of some weight for me. I first met Calvin Walker at the beginning of 2021 and his calm , gentle manner really appealed to me and I knew I wanted to instruct Calvin as my divorce Solicitor. It has taken over 4 years for my divorce to be finalised and Calvin has always been by my side throughout and has always shown me kindness , compassion and unwavering support even during times when the outcome we hoped to achieve looked impossible. The outcome for me was much better than expected and I could not have done it without Major Family law. Although the process of divorce / financial settlement is extremely stressful Calvin always kept me calm and offered reassurance throughout. He always gave me honest advice and made time to go over things with me in layman's terms. I truly cant Thank Calvin enough.
Id also like to Thank Claire from accounts who also has been a great support and always been polite and helpful.
