Instructed Peter Maughan Law for my house sale and onward purchase. Everyone was professional, proficient and efficient at every stage. Problems caused by outside factors were quickly resolved. Always friendly, always quick to respond and always correct.

Quick and easy to get hold of. Working with me, rather than against.
After lots of unprofessional experiences from other conveyancers, Gemma and Nerissa have been a joy to work with. So easy to get hold and and working with me, rather than against me like I've experienced in the past. I've used them now for I think 3 or 4 purchases and remortgages since mid 2023.
I wouldn't hesitate on recommending them to others.

First Class Service and a pleasure to deal with!
We had the pleasure of working with this practise while selling my parents home and also purchasing a new home. Gemma and Nerissa were extremely professional and efficient and kept us informed with every decision. They worked well with the Estate agents and other solicitors making both transactions as stress free as possible. Their pricing structure was very competitive with no hidden costs and gave us the confidence to move forward. We would have no hesitation in highly recommending this practise and thank them both so much for helping us to navigate through a very difficult time.

Excellent advice and service on a complex sale
The firm acted for me on the sale of a complex, multi-title country estate. Gemma, a Director of the firm, was my Solicitor supported by an excellent administrative and conveyancing team. I was kept updated throughout, the inevitable delays and hurdles were navigated expertly and when advice was required I found Gemma to be both good on the technical detail, but also commercially and pragmatically minded. I would highly recommend this firm, and Gemma Owens in particular, to anyone with a high-value or complex conveyancing matter.
