We met Kelly at the JFS Furniture show, where required some general advice about a new product we had launched, that had been alleged to have infringed another manufacturers product, which she helped tremendously with and put us all at ease.

I had several failed attempts at issuing a DMCA to an online content company, and just being ignored. I decided to goto Kelly, and I am very pleased to confirm that Kelly assured me that we were in the right and she could get the copyrighted content removed, which she did.
