Having used Manchesters solicitors 17 years previously, specifically James Manchester and having a great experience, he was our first choice for dealing with this property purchase. James really took the stress out of the process for us. He promptly kept us fully informed and gave some great advice every step of the way. In every face to face meeting nothing was too much trouble and the meetings never felt hurried.
The whole process was seamless, would recommend to anyone and everyone.

I cannot recommend James Manchester at Manchesters Solicitors highly enough - he was attentive, supportive and extremely helpful throughout our path to buying our new house. His advice was carefully considered and always felt to be in our best interests, with no detail too small for him to follow up on when we raised concerns and every detail in turn pointed out to us for our attention. The whole experience was one of calm reassurance and someone who was clear re what needed to be done. We also sold our old house through Manchesters, and the associated Hannah James Estates Agents, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this for the peace of mind, ease of comms between the two and speed that things therefore moved. All in all, a positive experience which helped to make what could have been a stressful time (relatively) stress free.

They keep you informed all the way through the process (selling), only contacting you when it’s needed. Very patient and thorough in dealing with any questions that I had, especially with it being a probate sale. Would definitely not hesitate in using Manchesters again and would highly recommend to others. Thank you again so much.

We were selling our mothers house and agreed to get Hannah James / Manchesters to cover as agent and conveyencing solicitors. Our mother moved into a care home. Juat as the first sale was to complete she passed away and the sale failed. Probate then needed to be obtained. Then we hit the property slump due to Ukraine war and we went through competing paper work 3 times before the house sold. James's local knowledge was so useful, covering off vendors questions about covenants and other local quirks. His expertise, patience and sympathetic ear was so reassuring. The use of local solicitors connected to the estate agents was really envaluable

Both Andrew and James and the whole team in the office have provided a wonderful service for both the will & probate and the sale of my Aunts house. Once again we were delighted with the service of Manchesters Solicitors throughout the entire conveyancing process through to completion. Totally trustworthy with an attention to detail that made us feel very safeguarded. This is such an important aspect knowing our solicitor left no stone unturned. Good communication. Good value for money but for us having Manchesters do our legal work is priceless.
