The Law Firm Group tackles British Airways
TLFG intervened on my behalf with British Airways on a travel claim. After 3 months, BA refused to acknowledge they has lost my golf equipment, bags, clothes etc on the flight back from Jersey.
Aviva stated they would not pay the claim until BA declared the equipment lost. The pressure from TLFG worked and Aviva promptly paid. BA should hang their collective heads in shame as it has taken 5 months for this matter to finalise.
