Forces Help to Buy

Jake helped us through a complicated first time purchase using Forces Help to Buy. He was friendly and polite to all parties all the way through and our Estate Agent even commented that she had never worked with such a polite and astute young solicitor! We were kept in the loop at all stages and Jake always took the time to explain anything we didn't understand. Highly recommended, made the whole process much easier.

Sale of leasehold flat

I had a very long, complex and difficult sale of my leasehold flat. Richard and his team were outstanding through the entire process. Cunningham Eves are a very professional and experienced firm which was invaluable due to the complexity of the sale. Communication was excellent and I always felt that they were doing their best for me. Can’t highly recommend them enough.

They have become family lawyers. Fantastic service.

Cunningham Eves helped us with our house purchase. They were quick to respond to questions, gave incredibly helpful advice and I felt that they were always on our side and pushing to get the chain over the line. They were so good and great value for money that I recommended them for other family and friends - who have also had lots of positive feedback.

Selling and Buying.

Jake and Dzana supported me through the trauma of selling my property and the sale of my new home.
They were open and transparent at all times and answered any questions I had in a calm and efficient manner.
Their expertise and skills helped me to navigate around the process.
I am extremely grateful to both.
Thank you Jake and Dzana.

Amazingly helpful and accommodating

Very prompt and outstandingly helpful in our hour of need on a Friday afternoon. We could not have asked for better advice or support, having tried a large number of other solicitors beforehand.

UNBELIEVABLE experience!!!

Absolutely shocked by the service received from this firm and in particular Richard. He was extremely patronising and rude when I asked for help, using belittling phrases like ‘you’re wasting my time’, ‘you’re just a leaseholder’,’go back to your little conveyancing shop which you got for free’. The company received a fee from us for an application and yet was unhelpful and in the end stopped responding to our emails when we needed them the most. Shameful and arrogant individual.

Aggressive abusive and rude

I approached Philip Palmer for his signature of a legal document. He signed my documents but knowingly crossed through parts of my contract that he did not agree with consequently voiding my contract wasting my time and money. He happily took my payment and then refused the next day to refund me for his mistakes. When I questioned him about this he then physically assaulted me and verbally abused me as he lost his temper and threw me out onto the street of his offices. Please be extremely wary of Palmer Solicitors and this man Philip. This is a very dangerous and untrustworthy man that I would most definitely not recommend him to anybody that requires a solicitor. He was reported to the police after this event.
