As the Estate Executors, we had a property to sell with vacant posession. We let Mark Barrell at Mahany & Co know what was happening before it came to market. Throughout the marketing & sales process Mark liaised with the Estate Agents and exchange of contracts and completion were achieved in less than 8 weeks. We were impressed by his firm's service and would recommend him if asked.
