Professional and Prompt Resolution to My Issue

I initially had an issue with a service provided by Mancini Solicitors due to a misunderstanding based on their advertisement. However, I am pleased to say that the firm handled the situation professionally and resolved the issue quickly.

After raising my concerns, they promptly addressed the matter without any hassle. Their responsiveness and commitment to resolving my complaint were impressive, and they ensured the issue was handled in a fair and timely manner.

Gentleman in 80's knocked down and seriously injured by a car causing fractures and internal injuries, hospitalised and subsequently suffering from pain, incontinence, loss of mobility and cognitive problems lasting over a year. Driver gave inaccurate information to avoid culpability and police report unhelpful, third party insurers adopted their drivers explanation. Nigel Cragg gave a superb personal service, seeing the client in venues persdonally accessible to the client, keeping the client updated and responding immediately to questions and information raised by the client. As a result of detailed and patient work the third party insurers finally accepted the client's version of events and made a substantial damages payout.
Would recommend this solicitor and firm without hesitation for a truly personal service with the same known solicitor throughout.”

On the probate side all went as well as expected. We were told of the approximate time it would take & documents required from us were asked for promptly. No issues with this side.
Now the selling side was quite different.
Unless I emailed for information we did not receive much communication.
I think this was partly due to the actual lawyer loosing her secretary/assistant very early on in the proceedings. While I sympathised with this it did not have a good bearing for us.
I felt we were ver left out & not updated enough.
