It is always difficult to make a call to to stranger and so I rehearsed what I was going to say 20 times before I picked up the phone.
I really understanding helpful person answered and she assured me that I would get a call back regarding Wills and documents. Sophie called me back as promised and was so thoughtful, professional and efficient. I now feel that I can get on with my day and it is another small job organised but I really appreciate the help and so I thought I would write a thank you to all.
