Competent, compassionate and easy to work with
This dates from a few years ago, but I just came across this review site and saw Agnes had nothing here.
Agnes took a vulnerable woman that we were supporting, through the whole process that eventually led to a Judicial review. At this point the government department accepted Agnes submissions and the person we were supporting finally was given the protection she needed and that later lead to her becoming a UK citizen.
Throughout the process Agnes was patient, efficient and realistic.
She did not over-promise.
She was an excellent advocate, and ten years later she may well be even better!
