I have have employed you over three times,I understand that solicitors have to be very factual,whilst dealing with complex people's cases),but Atkins Hope)instead of making you feel a real nuisance,for asking for an update,or an acknowledgement as such,it would be more helpfull,if you could be more positive,and encouraging,with you're clients,I know you are not ,a counselor,but you are expensive,in you're case work,and just give of an air of,(you again,what now?this is how you come off,people need to encouraged,and responded to,I am utterly disheartened.By this whole service.I hope it will be fair,with my case and improve soon.
