Fantastic service from a great team

This was our first experience of buying and selling property and the team helped us through the whole process.
Bradley handled the sale of our house and Phil handled the purchase of our new house. Both were brilliant at responding to our calls and emails and they were very helpful, especially when we were anxious about anything.
Matt and Emily are lovely too and it has been a pleasure working with them all.

Need conveyancing? Try Phil Povey

Phil Povey managed my conveyancing. He always answered my early morning ( and other) emails promptly. He kept me up to date and moved things along. I found him very supportive and approachable. As was his assistant, Sophie.

Guidance and support received following family bereavement

Since our mother's passing, my sister and I, as executors to our mother's estate, have been most grateful for the support we have received from Wayman and Long Solicitors. Given the range of responsibilities involved in meeting the requirements of applying for Grant of Probate, and such that demand learning about and implementing a great many actions about which prior knowledge was not already in place, having recourse to reliable and straightforward assistance has been much appreciated.

Boundary dispute

I met with Phil Povey for some legal clarity over a potential boundary dispute with a neighbour. He was very helpful, professional and personable and most certainly put my mind at ease. A couple of questions were answered promptly after we met and I would not hesitate to go back to him/Wayman & Long in the future. Recommended! Many thanks.
