Richard advised on me on the terms of a settlement agreement, as part of share sale and exit agreement with my employer. Richard put my mind at ease

After being told I was to be made redundant, and the shock of it after 16 years of service, I went in search of an Employment Solicitor to advise me. I was directed to Richard Stace by a Solicitor at Barker Gotelee. Richard was understanding, to the point with his questions, decisive in his assessment of the Settlement Agreement I'd been offered and helpfully instructive as to what to do next. I truly felt the concerns I had leave my shoulders after I had spoken to him. He spotted a few things in my SA that needed changing and even managed to add a little more to the redundancy offer which I would not have achieved without his advice. I enter a new stage of my career with a small amount of uncertainty, but I am definitely not uncertain about Richard's abilities to carry out a service with the very best of care for his clients. Thank you Richard.

Joint Redundancy Representation

From the very first phone call it was evident we were in experienced, calm and safe hands. Richard was excellent in his advice, communication and honest approach to our situation.
