Redundancy
Richard Stace was called in last minute to help my colleagues and I through our redundancy process.

Honest and Straightforward
I have not been in a position where i needed an Employment Solicitor, however on this occasion i did. I was concerned with who to turn to, to identify if i had a case.
After speaking to a couple of Solicitors, Richard Stace came highly recommended.
Richard was empathetic, listened and guided me throughout my case offering advice and clarifying documentation that would be required by ACAS.

Settlement
I needed some advice and a solicitor for a settlement agreement. I didn't wanted a big firm so was happy to use an independent solicitor. Richard was very professional and very quick to react to any of my queries. And my settlement was sorted without a problem. Highly recommended

Settlement Agreement
Richard advised on me on the terms of a settlement agreement, as part of share sale and exit agreement with my employer.
