Excellent Service

I needed assistance with a legal matter which demanded a lot of careful groundwork and the agreement of many parties to bring to completion. Russel + Aitken made it clear what was required at the outset, and worked through the whole procedure with great care. Everyone I dealt with was polite and knowledgeable. They gave me regular updates, and explained everything in terms I could easily understand. Draft documents were accurate. Excellent service throughout!

Certificate of confirmation

Previously, we used the firm in relation to storing the deeds for our house and rewriting our wills.
On this occasion, my husband had died and although all other bank accounts , direct debits etc transferred relatively simply, NS&I insisted that a certificate of confirmation was necessary in order to pay the amount of my husbands premium bonds and any prizes into my account, despite the fact that they already had our marriage certificate, my husbands death certificate and a copy of the will naming me as executor and ole inheritor. Lesley acted on behalf of the firm. She was understanding, efficient and gave clear instructions at each stage about information needed in the paperwork. Any questions I had were answered swiftly by email. All transactions are now complete.

Very professional people doing a great job. I used them for a house sale and did not regret a single second. The problem with most solicitors is there lack of communication but I can categorically say the these solicitors don't have that issue!!
Cannot recommend highly enough.
