Arrogant and Patronising Firm

I used this firm to complete the execution of a will and had an awful experience. In my view, the firm lacked empathy and appreciation of the needs of its customers and demonstrated an overwhelming arrogance, from start to finish. I would not recommend this firm to anyone and actively tell friends and family about my experience, as it was the worst experience I have ever had from a service provider. In my view, they lacked knowledge and did not provide the information or service needed, compelling me to use a separate solicitor.

Magnificent.

I have utilised the services of B & McM 4 times and 4 times they have done a magnificent job. They will go above and beyond for you, which they did for me under strenuous circumstances. Graham Blyth in particular demonstrated the highest degree of professionalism, combined with integrity and courtesy. 5+++ stars!
