Nothing was too much trouble for Debby Hackney and her team. Communication was clear and swift throughout. Everything was explained clearly and Debby demonstrated that she has a great eye for detail. This was the most complicated conveyancing matter that I have had to deal with. Despite the complexity this was the most professional conveyancing service that I have received. At every step of the way the team were friendly and supportive, always being open to questions. I really can't recommend the firm highly enough. I feel I have found my firm of solicitors for life.

I engaged the services of one of the solicitors to finalise the financial affairs of my divorce. She was the most inept, unsympathetic, incapable person I have ever had the misfortune to be in contact with. The process was in its infancy and she couldn’t get the most basic of facts right. She referred to my ex husband as my current husband which, after the years of mental abuse I had endured, was an insult. She then assured me she was more than capable of dealing with …and used my current husbands name! This company employs people who just don’t care, can’t be bothered to check their facts and ride roughshod over their clients feelings. Avoid at all costs

Lisa Harding and the team really helped us with Equity Release. After initial meetings, we advised that we would be out of the country for several weeks during the procedure. This was no problem and informative emails kept us in the picture until the successful conclusion. We're still way now but the funds sit happily in our bank in the UK.
