Formal complaint against Phoebe Fortune
Dear Mr/Mrs/Ms,
Unionline I am writing to make a formal complaint against Phoebe Fortune.
My complaint is that she failed to provide me with a satisfactory service when,
Drafting a Will .Even though sending all relevant documentation that you required.
This occurred last week when she contacted my son Sarwan Singh.
My complaint is that,
Making assumptions about my mental capacity.I have spoke to Phoebe,explaining that i am capable to make my own decisions concerning my family welfare.
I also requested i want a full refund because you have not been very professional in conducting my Will.
This situation has caused me alarm and stress.
Makes feel like a victim.
Provided all documents that you required
I am appalled by Phoebe Fortune decision to my mental capacity. I spoke to her yesterday if she was medically trained.Could not answer my question.
In my view, to put things right
Fully refund back the amount of £120.00 plus £30.00 for paying my G.P. to get my assessment letter of when i diagnosed for Vascular Dementia.
Close my case file.
Return all documents sent to you.
