Avoid these solicitors like the plague. What should have been a straight forward transfer of equity ended up taking 5 months.
I did all of the chasing myself taking up hours of my own time. I could never get through to Deborah to give her the updates that she had not bothered to find out herself, I found her to be rude, have a complete lack of empathy and understanding and was constantly palmed off with how busy she was. Not too busy to take the extortionate fee at the end though!
