Mr Clay has helped me with a number of matters recently. These include - the purchase of commercial property, the sale of commercial property and land, the purchase of river beds, fishing rights, and Ad Medium Filum claims, adverse possession.

Mr Clay has provided support in redrafting a lease, and has represented me in several Civil claims through the County Court.

In each case I have found his knowledge to be excellent, his communication clear and comprehensible to me as a non legal person.

Fee levels have always been fair, and realistic, as have the timescales for completion of matters.

Overall, an excellent service. Thank you very much.

We have used this firm for decades. Whatever our needs have been they are always amazing! They literally sort everything for us, name changes, purchase and selling or property, wills, probate! They do it all and very professionally too! Everything is dealt with promptly and we simply wouldn’t trust anyone else. As a family we’re proud to call them our team of solicitors.

I have used this firm for many years and during 2022-2024 needed to use new services including Will, escalated Power of Attorney, Tenant Possession Order and Property Sale (as a result of terminal illness/bereavement). It has been a very difficult time and the matters haven't been straight-forward, but each person at all levels of the company was professional, compassionate and did what they said they would do (or rectified any misunderstandings swiftly). Each Solicitor was clear in their advice and available to speak to, or returned my calls within reasonable timescales (and sometimes above and beyond what I would have expected). They reassured and calmly guided me, step by step, through to successful outcomes.
