Property transfers
Ian Clay is most helpful in all the work that he and his team do for us. We are an estate planning and legal company and Ian does property transfers for us from the deceased to family members. He also sorts out splitting of titles, removing restrictions, and most recently full conveyancing for properties being sold.
We have also dealt with Daniel Flowers who did an excellent job for our client in sorting out a mediation and division of an estate.

Amazing solicitors
I recently contacted LFBB solicitors for advise re loss of an original document.
From the day I contacted Daniel he was friendly approachable very knowledgable and extremely skilled in explaining things in a way that was easy to understand. He offered a solution and from then on his communication was fantastic and he replied to all my questions very quickly. If in the future I need legal advise I wouldnt hessitate to contact Daniel again and would recomend him.
I would just like to add that the office staff were very lovely and friendly.

First Class Service and Professional Advice
We had previously utilised a different firm of solicitors to purchase an apartment. However, that company had been negligent in determining what the property could be used for and it resulted in legal action being taken against us by other owners in the building. It took time to resolve the matter but Mr Flowers was able to determine a satisfactory outcome for both parties and then assisted in making a claim against the original firm for negligence that was successful.

Best solicitors in Sheffield
Daniel Flowers is an excellent solicitor practising at LFBB. We had an unusual legal request that Daniel dully found a solution for, even when on paternity leave! Would highly recommend.
