Proddow Mackay were acting for my car insurance company to claim compensation for the damage my neighbours tree did to my car when it fell on it.
They did little or no research into tree law and decided that my neighbour was 'innocent' as said he didn't know the tree wasn't healthy. They knew that 2 other trees in the same line had already fallen and that there had been no tree survey carried out, which is law if there is a right of way/access over your property - which there was.

what a pile of lying areses

these are lying to ageas insurance telling them im not comunicating in a total loss 0 fault claim, ive provided ageas and prudo macay with letters emails diagrams and ive just forwarded the correspondence to ageas who are now telling me they are not going to persue there losses because im not comunicating with them , if anyone cn help me get this in court contact me alanmaglite at g mail . com
