The team at Foys made a stressful experience much easier because of their helpful and prompt service. Their explanations were clear and advice willingly given. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

House purchase and sale

My solicitor was Clare Lindley, she was very helpful in what was a very upsetting time for me. She got the job done as quick as possible and she was very understanding and showed empathy towards me in which I will be eternally grateful. She was very professional and explained everything to me in terms I could understand, I would definitely use Foys again in the future

Exceptional repliable service

Selling our property during the pandemic has not been as straight forward as we would have wished, understandably it did take much longer than usual, however I was reassured and felt very confident with Foys solicitors that our sale was being dealt with as promptly as it possibly could under the circumstances and we can't thank Jayne Snowden enough for all her efforts and expertise along the way.
We Used Jayne at Foys for the purchase of our property several years ago and she was the first person we approached for the sale of our house, this was the very first time we have ever sold a property, Jayne not only contacted us personally on every occasion, she gave us the reassurance we needed with her outstanding knowledge and expertise and in comparison to the other solicitors being used in the chain she stood out to be the very best by far.
Cant recommend Jayne enough was a real pleasure having her support us special in these difficult times, I will certainly be recommending her to all my friends and family. With Thanks the Joneses

Mr angry solicitor

Used Andrew Firth, knows his stuff but dont go to him if your easily offended, people skills of a rottweiler. Got as I was scared to ring him and his secretary's not much better. Satisfied with legal services but need some lessons in good manners. And staff gather in reception without masks!

Fantastic!

I was under the 'care' of Foys solicitors for a year through a very difficult and emotional court case. I received excellent service from solicitor Laura Hill and I will never be able to thank her enough. Throughout the process they were committed to the work and help they provided I would highly recommend their services.

Bad mannered solicitor!

My parents used Karen Barton for wills and powers of attorney and were upset how rude she was. Couldnt wait to get rid of them. Old people might witter on a bit but good manners cost nothing especially when other firms would be glad of the work. She wont get any work from us in the future. Good manners cost nothing. I have given 2 stars because they couldnt fault her work but really mad that she upset them. Only sent my parents to Foys because my in-laws used a nice man here for wills a couple of years ago but it seems he's left
