A complete and utter shambles from start to finish
They could not even communicate with each other never mind the client !
It was a simple house sale no chain involved I was lucky the sale didn’t fall through with theses bungling incompetent fools
I would rather drop my private’s in a meat slicer than use them again it would be less painful !!

Used T&E 3 times. First 2 times were great. Final time was a disaster, all down to previous soliciter not being available and getting someone else. Stacey Crane avoided answering questions, was uncommunicative and hard to get hold; she didn't appear to be making sure the other side did everything they were supposed to do. The entire transaction was a nightmare.

This is the first negative review I have had to write about a company however having lived all over the world and bought and sold many houses, I feel the service I have had has been very poor from this group.
My mother’s house has still not gone through after 16 weeks and we are selling it to a family member. We have had to complete and send off documents twice, very poor communication or guidance , no updates unless we asked several times and a lack of direction. Even after constantly highlighting my concerns , nothing has changed. and I do not know, in detail , where the sale is at as one minute they are awaiting direction from the buyers solicitor and the next , they are waiting for land registry or documents to send onto the buyers solicitor. I have lost trust in the whole process.

I received excellent service from Danielle A and Danielle G who acted on my behalf with the purchase of a flat that should have been straightforward but due to complications with the sellers proved to be anything but.
I particularly valued their excellent communication over the last couple of weeks in keeping me updated as completion neared and their earlier persistence in acting on my behalf in getting the correct information re the purchase.

We initially had a positive experience buying our house through this firm a few years ago, but unfortunately, our recent experience selling the same property has been deeply disappointing. The process was marked by a lack of communication, passivity, and clumsiness, which led to significant delays and a lack of precision at critical stages.
We often felt the need to double-check everything ourselves to avoid mistakes, which added unnecessary stress. To make matters worse, there were instances where our integrity was questioned, leaving us feeling judged and unsupported by the very people who were supposed to guide us.

Elizabeth Alderson and Claire Dibb dealt with our sale and purchase and I could not recommend them more highly.
They were a knowledgeable, professional, and were always prompt at responding to emerging queries or issues.
In our case the sale of our property fell through a week prior to the move and their advice and support was invaluable.
You can find cheaper firms but you get what you pay for and I doubt you’d find many better.
