Pure Law Criminal Defence

I would not recommend this firm of solicitors to anybody. We were allocated Pure Law Criminal Defense for our case as they were local and government funded. It seems they get paid for doing absolutely nothing! 12 months in and Gemma has done nothing. You can't get hold of her for a start, she never returns calls or emails. We get zero updates, constantly have to chase her up and get promised a call back, but it never comes (still waiting). The receptionist does most of the work playing gatekeeper. Save your money and go somewhere else.

needed a solicitor for an assault charge that I was being accused of. I contacted numerous solicitors in my area and the area where the alleged crime happened no-one would take my case. One of the solicitors I contacted put me in touch with pure law solicitors in cardiff 50 miles away from where the alleged assault happend. This is where my first meeting with nathan jones took place and he told me him and his team would take on my case. During our first visit to court my charge was upgraded to a ABH charge and was no longer able to be trialed at magistrates court and was now going to be in crown court as this being my first ever time ever being involved with the law I was devastated. Nathan made me feel at ease knowing he was going to be there to fight my corner and he was going to get me a barrister this is where i was introduced to helen randall and let me tell u this now she ripped a new A hole into everyone she got to speak to at the trial and my case was thrown out if it hadn't of been for all the hours Nathan put into the case to give to helen knows what way it could of went. Nathan was at the end of the phone everytime I needed him day/night i hounded the poor man I'm surprised Im not now on for harassment charges 🤣. I'm so thankful for pure law solicitors I now get to start my 2025 with no worries about my future. Thank you to nathan and the team I will never forget what u have done.

Absolutely fantastic team. From the initial consultation (Molly), to the attendance at court, perfectly professional throughout. Being kept informed throughout the entire process and to the expert legal advice all along the way. Nathan's calm and methodical approach on my first appearance, explaining everything and making me feel at ease. Tom was particularly brilliant on sentencing day, thoroughly explaining everything and giving his considerable expert advice throughout the day. His performance in court was impressive. What was impressive is that no matter who I spoke to, they all knew about my case.
