They were supposed to be writing a will for me. After not hearing anything for three months I contacted them. From their reply it was obvious they had done nothing. I decided to take my business elsewhere.
The partner who dealt with my complaint couldn’t even get my name right.
How rubbish can they get ? (I hope they don’t see that question as this year’s challenge.)

Don't return phone calls, make frequent mistakes, very slow and zero interest in their customers. This has gone on for 7 months now.
Please use any other firm apart from this one.
