Excellent Conveyance

Pardoes welcomed me with a professional, how can we help attitude.
From the get go, a very proactive service with an all staff members within the team who where assigned to work with you, knowing they have your interests at heart.
In particular Sophie Folland who took over our conveyance as lead who was immediately met with a very frustrating situation and a very long transition of just over 5 months.
Sophie dealt with this in a professional and proactive manner, communicating with Estate Agents, solicitors and ourselves efficiently expediting issues through to all parties concerned.
I could not recommend this company more for their professional proactive, efficient work ethic

Contentious probate

We retained Nigel Kinder from Pardoes solicitors. He was so helpful, upfront and professional. We had no idea how to manage our matters, but Nigel provided us with clear concise advice.
I would highly recommend him and his team, and would use them again if needed. There was honestly nothing that we were unhappy with,he was very focused.

We are more than happy with the service. As older clients it could have been daunting, instead we were respected and helped when we were unsure.
Communication was efficient and unprompted, a pleasurable experience.

Disappointing and embarrassing

The service, or lack of, you have recently provided for my dad was disappointing and embarrassing to your profession.
‘Looking after you and your family’ needs to re-worded, the inconvenience, time and cost you have created for my dad, never lived up to your byline!
My dad’s dyslexia cost him nearly £200.00 in extra help, something he has never had considered being charged for.
Would we be willing to recommend you? no! Particularly if you have a SEND!

Review of professional services for sale of property

From initial contact all the way through to completion I was extremely pleased with the service I received. All emails and questions were answered immediately, making the process practically stress free for me.

I had to do very little chasing, and I was always given a full explanation as to why things may have been taking longer than expected. I felt like a priority, which in previous similar situations, is not always the case. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to choose Pardoes.

Pardoes conveyancing team, particularly Debbie, proved to be friendly, efficient and wholly professional in everything they did for my sister in law who had to sell her house and move to a care home.

They were very supportive and understood the family circumstances, which are a bit complex, immediately they were explained.

I can honestly recommend this firm to anyone who has to buy or sell a property. They are probably not the cheapest around but if you want a professional expect to pay a fair price.

The sale of a property.

As always efficient and professional. From my point of view a difficult sale that took longer than anticipated, but completed by the efficiency of this team headed by Nicola Hughes. I want to click on all the boxes of how to describe this firm, but think I have covered the essence of their working practices.

Sale of No8 Albany House, HA8 5AL

Considering there were 2 previous buyers before this sale, the first dropping out as I could not get Vacant Possession in time and the second, as I chose to offer No8 to a new buyer. The Conveyancing was dealt with efficiently and in good spirit.
Leasehold sales are now particularly difficult to find a buyer and to Complete the Conveyancing.
Overall, a good result.

Was very helpful and friendly, always good communication and wasn't on the phone and sending letters every 5 mins like some.
Genuinely tried to keep the cost affordable and was sympathetic to my circumstances.
Even managed to save me £8,500 which at the time we had finished our business, but intervened to help, thank you JR

I had fantastic help and support from Laura and Debbie at Pardoes when extending my flat lease and then selling it. The communication was great and they kept me involved and up to date throughout the process.
Being in the hands of such experienced professionals made a big difference and I would recommend them to anyone seeking similar legal support.

Laura, Debbie and everyone we spoke to at Pardoes were fantastic throughout our house purchase. It wasn't a straightforward purchase for us and there were bumps along the way but we could always rely on them to make things as smooth as possible. As first time buyers it was daunting but they always made everything really easy to understand and were available to explain anything to us whenever we needed. Thank you so much for all of your help, we will certainly be coming back for any future purchases :)
