I assume people seeking help with contentious probate are new to the unpleasant experience. I feel fortunate that my solicitor, Nigel guided me to a resolution efficiently and with patience and good humour.

Professional Service with Empathy
Nigel Kinder was professional, straightforward, efficient and kept me well informed. His advice was clear and good and he showed great understanding of my problem. I was very happy with him and would return if I should once more require the services of a solicitor. I would say exactly the same in regard to Debbie Button and her colleagues.

Contentious probate
We retained Nigel Kinder from Pardoes solicitors. He was so helpful, upfront and professional. We had no idea how to manage our matters, but Nigel provided us with clear concise advice.
I would highly recommend him and his team, and would use them again if needed.There was honestly nothing that we were unhappy with,he was very focused.

Went over budget with advice that was of no use
Received advice that went off-topic and over-budget.
We needed advice on the imminent out-of-court settlement but only received advice on a court case that was not to be.
Nigel seemed to be have forgotten, as he seemed surprised when we interrupted to remind him it was settling out-of-court. His only advice was 'you can't do anything' after barely any contemplation. Not useful and not worth £5000
