Completion of sale of property

This is the second time that I have used Clarkes Solicitors for the sale of my properties. Bhavini Rattu and her secretary Lydia are extremely confident and thorough in there work. On both occasions the matters were completed quickly and without any hitches. I was kept involved constantly and it ran smoothly. I would have no hesitation to recommend them as a firm of Solicitors at all needs and would certainly us them again when necessary.

5*

I cannot recommend Paula and the team at Clarkes enough. She did an amazing job, along with Lydia and Leila, at progressing the sale and purchase recently and nothing was too much trouble! Lots of communication from the team and in depth explanations of all steps.
Even when forms got complicated, someone was always available to help me through to not delay the process.
Thank you again Paula & the rest of the team at Clarkes for making things smooth!!

Excellent conveyencing

We used Clarkes to complete the sale of our rental property. Throughout the process we impressed by the responsiveness and emails to update us on how the sale was progressing. Lydia, in particular has been amazing and really helpful - we had a change in solicitor and didn’t notice any difference/gap in service levels.

Prompt and efficient

Lydia Meredith was our point of contact throughout the conveyancing process, who was courteous, professional and fully answered our queries as we went along.

We had no need to see our actual solicitor at any time.

Highly recommended.

Good communication throughout the whole transaction (sale and purchase of property). A few slow replies but always comprehensive when received and the staff are friendly and helpful. Direct contact from solicitor on a couple of occasions and the rest via assistants who were very helpful.
