Don’t touch this firm with a barge pole!

This review is for a different branch.

Terrible rental and purchase experience. They lie about everything. The staff are extremely rude, and patronising.
They do not fix repairs required on rental properties. Leave tenants with cracked windows, damp and no heating..
They do not provide all information regarding flat purchases, basically leaving people with unexpected bills to their new homes…. And no working shower.
Seriously, they are the worst estate agents, I have ever come across
