I was in the unfortunate position of having a negative experience with the police, and had charges against me. I was represented in Court by Mr Robert Kerr, and the outcome was favourable for me. I cannot thank the Firm for their professional and empathetic support.

Residency order. John Gardner has been extremely helpful in helping me in my quest and application for a residency order for my grandson. He’s so calm and reassuring especially for me as I am a serial worrier and he makes me see that there’s no need to be as anxious and stressed about any obstacles that I feel is holding me back. I go to his office with so much worry and stress and and highly strung he’ll be so cool and laid back I leave there with no weight or heavyness on my shoulders and so much more at ease by the time I’m get home I’m as calm as he was, ie he just tells how it is and worry about problems if they arise and then deal with them ( MAKES SENSE ) I know but sometimes it takes a different persons perspective to make you realise.
