Extremely disappointing service

My family has been badly let down by the Firm. We were not adequately advised of the risks and consequences involved in a sensitive matter involving an infant, which led to all kinds of problems. An investigator at the Legal Ombudsman deemed that the service we received was not reasonable in several aspects, and recommended that the Firm refund a percentage of our fees and pay some compensation for distress caused. The Firm agreed to do this, but we have never received an apology.

From start to finish .

From beginning to end, it was a pleasure dealing with Eloise and Lucy.
The purchase of a property is often fraught with issues and timings, but this was a seamless procedure which was down in no small measure to their attention and professionalism.
I have enjoyed doing business with the Firm in the past and will continue in the future.

Insurance case

My experience of Haynes and Lewis solicitors specifically Ben Tuck has been excellent. Ben has kept me informed throughout the process and has helped me when I’ve needed it. I’ve come to a satisfactory conclusion and cannot thank them enough, everyone involved. They’d have been there for me if I’d have wished to pursue further and cannot thank them enough. I will gladly use this firm in the future.
