startling lack of care for clients
I am a carer and tried to help out my client who has been caused massive uposet and sress by this firm after the death of a loved one.
despite being told she would receive settlement of her inheritancce ' in 5 working days' in the first week of October, she is crying and hearbroken that she has to keep chasing her own money from woodstock laww who are holding it. I tried to help butthey have told me each day they would act and each day they dont.I can easily now see how the memory of a loved one and their gifts to others after thei death can be tarnished and people can be made to feel guilty and poor for asking for what is theoirs. unprofessional and ingenuine.
