Mr Tim Baker was friendly and approachable. He was easy to talk to and explained things well. He actually predicted what would happen with my case. It’s a nightmare for any parent when your child is falsely accused of assault. When the police contacted us to arrange an interview, we immediately contacted Tim who took control of the situation and guided our child through the horrible experience of being questioned by the police.
