Gareth Tucker review

Gareth Tucker from Bower Bailey had been recommended to me by a close friend and so we used him to act as our solicitor when we sold our London flat in 2024. I'm extremely thankful that we did and I cannot speak highly enough of the support he provided. Our sale was particularly challenging because we bought our flat through the government shared ownership scheme, we had to navigate some issues with the Building Safety Act 2022, and we had to work with an very difficult solicitor on the buyers side. Throughout the whole process, Gareth was incredibly skillful, professional, responsive and supportive. I also found him to be very good value for money. I will definitely recommend Gareth to anyone looking for solicitor services in the future.

Impeccable Service

As a first time buyer, with no previous experience of solicitors, the conveyancing process can be daunting and complex. James Warren guided me through the process from start to finish seamlessly with all queries addressed accurately and efficiently ensuring my purchase was completed within 8 weeks. Highly recommend James and the team at Bower Bailey, they are a pleasure to deal with.

Excellent firm, we were lucky to have James in the Witney branch.
Responses were prompt and they were motoring along the entire way - no stagnation!
Would recommend their services to anyone.
For reference - we were purchasing our first house.

Amazing experience

We recently sold our house and James Warren was our solicitor. From very beginning communication was excellent, all docummentation was dealt with promptly and we were always updated on the process. Always easy to get hold of and all queries were always answered on the same day. We weren't so lucky with our buyers solicitors but James always kept chasing them without us ever needing to ask for it. We could not have expected someone to work any harder. And in James's absence the team was thouroughly updated on the process and they took on necessary steps as required. Thank you so much James and the team! Best solicitors you can find!

Excellent solicitors for conveyancing

I recently sold and purchased a house with Bower Bailey (Witney) acting as my conveyancing solicitors. Stuart Palmer was my solicitor and I cannot thank Stuart and James enough. Stuart always communicated quickly and was helpful in answering any questions I had especially given this was the first time I was selling and buying at the same time. I highly recommend Bower Bailey and would use them again.

Stuart Palmer and team.

Stuart acted for myself and husband on our recent house sale and purchase.
The process can be very stressful and the efficiency of Stuart’s team really helped minimise this. Communication is so important, especially when moving house, we always felt we were in good hands and not having to chase up things which meant there was minimal anxiety. Thank you to everyone in the team.

Fantastic service for moving into our first home

Bower Bailey were a pleasure to deal with. Our solicitor Gareth was fantastic the whole way through the process and was extremely helpful through the lockdown period where there were lots of unknowns for everyone involved. He was very efficient in getting back to any of our queries and processing the vast amount of paperwork that comes with purchasing a house and we would definitely recommend both Bower Bailey and Gareth to friends and family and will surely use the firm again in the future.

Fast, Professional and Friendly

We bought a new house and sold our old one with Bower and Bailey after having them recommended. I'm glad we took that recommendation as they were fast to process our paperwork; always easy to contact; always quick to reply and friendly too. Having recently sold another house with an online conveyancing service and not had the best experience I was really pleased with how much better Bower and Bailey were without really paying much more. You can't always talk directly to your actual solicitor with other firms which can be frustrating. With Bower and Bailey I always got straight through to my solicitor.

Connor White smashed it! Absolutely awesome!

Connor White assisted me with the sale of my house. Unfortunately for him he had to pick up half way through a very difficult and complex sale, but fortunately for me he is incredibly skilled, and professional and comes with buckets of expertise, and most importantly patience. He took the time to explain everything to me in plain English which also came with the detail I required to navigate all the options. He is dedicated, responsive and worked incredibly hard to get the sale over the line. I couldn't be more grateful. Thanks again!
