I remember the very first day I spoke to Simon Dueck on the phone, I had no idea I actually had a case, I wasn't in the right frame of mind and did not know how to proceed, he took his time to explain everything to me and followed up with emails. It was a complex case so wasn’t sure which route to go down but Joanne would always seek professional help and sound advise. Correspondence was 10/10 despite me emailing pretty much weekly, Joanne always got back to me and made all the legal jargon easy to understand.
