Using my former works union solicitors, I was allocated a solicitor from Thompsons. From the start Simon D offered great communication but also a listening ear to what the claim was about. He took a lot of details, often going over my words to ensure accurate notes. He advised of the procedure. He was excellent throughout. There were a few times when I had to chase and nudge a little, but this is common in long drawn-out matters. He supported me throughout the 6+ year claim and i am grateful for his help and support. He secured me a relatively good payout and ensured that i received all paperwork that would help my tricky situation.

Thompsons appointed Simon Dueck as my solicitor on a workplace injury case.
I cannot think Simon and his team enough for their support and advice throughout the claim, always giving me clear guidance and advice on what was needed and what was best for the case and myself and most importantly concluded things as quickly as possible displaying a great level of knowledge in the area needed!

The solicitor who supported me with my case worked with me and made sure I was happy with anything he intended to do or share with the other party. He followed up quickly if I phoned or sent emails and kept me up to date if any updates were due. If other legal advice was needed this was discussed and sort.

Initially, my case was guided by Tracy Datta whose expertise and commitment were instrumental in navigating the complexities of my case. Although Tracy eventually left the firm during my case, the transition to Anna Konzon was seamlessly managed.
