I received a surprise Section 72 notice (give driver's name) from an incident months ago in which I was blameless. Nonetheless, the allegations were serious. Darren Rogers of Chiltern Law acted very promptly and advised me on wording my response, quoting the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Act 1988. As a result of this robust defence, the police dropped the matter. I found Darren to be very professional and helpful throughout, leading to the correct outcome.

As a family, we’ve never been in such a dire situation where we’ve felt so helpless, frightened and completely out of our depth. After an extensive internet search, I came across a website for Chiltern Law and, in particular, a solicitor called Darren Rogers. I thank my lucky stars for finding Darren. I’m not even sure how to put into words what he did for us; no words can do justice for how wonderful he has been. What I do know is, without his help and support, I’m not sure we would have coped so well. Darren is clearly a highly competent and skilled solicitor, he is extremely professional but, what set him apart, was his compassion and a genuine interest in our situation and a want to help us navigate through it. And that’s exactly what he did; he got us through it and in one piece too and I’m so very grateful. Darren was always extremely professional and he was always contactable. We certainly felt in a very safe pair of hands. I cannot recommend Darren highly enough.

Darren is known as a tenacious courtroom performer to whom clients are attracted for his overwhelming commitment to their cases. The quality of Darren’s work is frequently remarked upon by others and we have a regular stream of referred work as a result. In recent times we have achieved notable success in the defence of road traffic offences, Internet crime offences including those relating to the production, making and distribution of indecent images of children and historic sexual abuse. As part of our impressive record in the defence of motoring offences we have advanced duress, exceptional hardship and special reasons to prevent possible disqualification.
