Prompt, professional, expert service
I received a surprise Section 72 notice (give driver's name) from an incident months ago in which I was blameless. Nonetheless, the allegations were serious. Darren Rogers of Chiltern Law acted very promptly and advised me on wording my response, quoting the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Act 1988. As a result of this robust defence, the police dropped the matter. I found Darren to be very professional and helpful throughout, leading to the correct outcome.

Unbelievably helpful
My son was charged with a drink driving offence. With Darren’s help we assembled a statement and references which in court resulted in a penalty below the recommended tarrif.

Great representation and trustworthy character...
Darren represented a family member in a time of need and he provided excellent service. The outcome of the case was positive all things considered. Darren was knowledgeable and provided everything required to succeed. He was direct and easy to talk to and understand. Even after the case was finished he demonstrated great moral and ethical character which only further assured me that I made the right choice when selecting him for help!
