We have been waiting a month for a reply to our email and have sent 2 chasers with no response.

From the start of our transactions (3 in total) I was disappointed with the service provided, and felt I had to do far more myself than I should have done.

However the biggest cause for concern is how difficult it is to get any form of reply from this company. It's been a month since I emailed requesting an update, and we have sent two follow up emails again requesting this update and expressing our disappointment and we still haven't even had a reply.

I will not use this company again

We have had a first class service from Jay and her team dealing with the sale of our late parent's house. This was not an easy sale, however from start to completion she has been professional and more importantly easily contactable with any concerns or queries, with nothing being too much bother. I would have absolutely no reservations in recommending Jay and her team in the future and would always choose Reglar and company for any further legal matters.

Myself and my partner recently bought our first property in Chinnor. Jay supported us throughout this process and was an exceptional client advocate during difficult times. She was always supportive and would keep us informed on updates etc. Communication was clear and professional throughout. Highly recommend Jay and her team especially regarding purchasing property.

Just fantastic!

This review is for a different branch.

Jay worked tirelessly to get my house sold, and another purchased as a separate transaction. On both occasions, the other party had a very unreliable uncommunicative solicitor, which made the whole process very frustrating. However, Jay was always in touch, keeping me in the loop, and always with humour, professionalism and warmth, despite how stressful it mustt have been for her aswell as me.
