Laura Peacock and her colleagues made our leasehold property sale very straightforward. Ives and Co provided an excellent service from start to finish, liaising with our estate agents, buyer's solicitors and freehold building managers with skill and care to ensure a problem-free completion with no delays. I would highly recommend Ives and Co in Rainham Kent to anyone looking to sell their property.

Excellent Service from Sarah at Ives and Co. Ruddington

This review is for a different branch.

Sarah from Ives and Co. Ruddington office made purchasing my first home possible. Any query/issues I had were dealt with in an efficient and professional manner from Sarah.

I had many issues including EWS1 forms, queries about my homebuyers survey which lead to price negotiations and a switch of mortgage companies in order to complete the process. Hence, I can imagine I wasn't the easiest client. However, Sarah guided me through this process and I can only imagine it would have been much more difficult without her and the team at Ives and Co.

Many thanks and my full recommendation to anyone looking to for an excellent solicitor.

Yasmina was very accommodating, prompt and explained the process of buying a house very well. This made me feel relax in the whole process of buying a property.
