Extremely poor service. We sought advice from them as the said the were experts in cross boarder matters. It quickly became clear that they were not. We sought advice on the question of Brussels 4 and not once were they prepared to address the question. The only time it was mentioned was to say they couldn't address it without a fee. We paid the fee to find out they had no idea wanted to ask our french notaires for advice. We asked for a refund which was refused. Now we have to proceed to ombudsman and failing that small claims court. This is a pint of principles and I refuse to back down until I get a full refund. Avoid this firm.

Wonderful advice with a kind and personal approach

I recently received legal advice from Michael Rabbett of Buckles in Peterborough and I couldn’t fault him - he was extremely generous with his time and knowledge and kind regarding a sensitive matter. From one conversation to the next, Michael remembered everything, thought ahead and brought calm wisdom to the situation. My elderly mother - who normally trust no-one - found Michael really reassuring and clear. I highly recommend him.
