Did 2 lease extensions for 2 of my flats in London.
Brady solicitors was reccomended by my neighbour for beeing efficient and direct.
Lizzie Kendrew and Grace Hardy great asset, very polite, communicative, prompt responses.. I could carry on till tomorrow..

I hired BradySolicitor's services to extend the lease on my apartment. Even though my case is not the simplest or most straightforward, they manage to finish within the allotted time. Mitchell in particular is very dependable and approachable.

Great service from the team from start to finish

I'm not quite sure how I came across Brady Solicitors in Nottingham but Google somehow got me there after we were dissatisfied with the estimated fees being quoted by our local solicitors in North London for a lease extension. And we couldn't have made a better choice as Brady's were excellent from start to finish. Only thing I didn't like was the stringent ID verification checks (passport and driving licence were not enough, you have to do a live selfie turning your head around in both directions which was just too much for me) required apparently to counter money laundering etc. I never did pass their ID checks but they were still able to bring things to a successful conclusion and keep their auditors happy. Big shoutouts to Lizzie who seemed to do most of the work, and also Maddy and Grace who picked up the baton seamlessly when required.

Santander (our mortgage provider) made a complete mess of signing and returning some key documents linked to our time-sensitive lease extension. Marilla from Brady Solicitors was just amazing from start to finish. So often law firms can be slow and uncommunicative but Marilla was the exact opposite. She chased Santander and their solicitors with real urgency, she provided detailed updates unprompted and she was so lovely whenever we spoke on the phone. She's a legend!

Regarding the actual lease extension, it was a quite straightforward one and Brady Solicitors got the job done professionally and at a reasonable price!

Overall, very happy I went with them!
