I would highly recommend Brady Solicitors as they were extremely helpful with assisting me in my lease extension process. The legal team are always available and very responsive. Brady Solicitors are helpful, professional and easy to communicate with. I particularly would like to thank Lizzie and Andrea for their being very accurate and diligent - they were both incredibly helpful throughout my lease extension.

Excellent service start to finish
The team made what felt like an overwhelming process much more simple, and helped whenever I had questions. I appreciated their patience and courteous updates throughout a more complex process than initially intended. Highly recommended

Double lease extension
Did 2 lease extensions for 2 of my flats in London.
Brady solicitors was reccomended by my neighbour for beeing efficient and direct.
Lizzie Kendrew and Grace Hardy great asset, very polite, communicative, prompt responses.. I could carry on till tomorrow..

Lease extension
I recently used Brady Solicitors to extend my lease and found them to be very professional, efficient and easy to deal with. Lizzie, who handled my case, was very easy to deal with, was very prompt with her replies and always kept me up to date with how my lease was progressing.
