Can never actually speak to me Dawson

This has been my family solicitor for years . They used to be very good but I have recently totally lost faith in them as can never get passed the secretary and despite being promised a call back never get one . Have rang them several times a day for ten days and am still no closer to speaking to Mr Dawson . I have found the secretaries obstructive and rude .
I would not recommend using this solicitor for wills or private ir any urgent matter
